How it is calculated

Minutes per order = intake + updates + communication: — minutes. Use averages for the same group of orders and do not count an activity twice.

Hours per month = orders × minutes per order ÷ 60.
Hypothetical difference in hours = orders × minutes reduced ÷ 60.

The starting example is fictional: 300 × (3 + 2 + 1) ÷ 60 = 30 hours. It is not a result achieved by a Dropthework customer or time that can all be eliminated. Results display up to two decimal places; the export keeps the calculated precision. A very small value may display as 0.

Packing, production and shipping are outside this calculation. Read how to measure admin time.
