1. Scope
1.1 These Newsletter Terms apply when a user subscribes to receive Dropthework updates through dropthework.com.
2. What users may receive
2.1 Subscribers may receive emails about:
- Dropthework launch updates.
- Product progress.
- Founder notes.
- Educational content for small businesses.
- Early access opportunities.
- Commercial announcements.
- Related Appthework projects.
3. Voluntary subscription
3.1 Subscription is voluntary.
3.2 Subscribing does not create a SaaS account, paid subscription, beta access right, partnership, reseller status, agency relationship or guaranteed access to any product feature.
4. Consent and unsubscribe
4.1 By subscribing, the user consents to receive newsletter communications from Appthework SRL.
4.2 The user may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting hello@dropthework.com.
4.3 We may retain minimal suppression data to avoid sending future emails after unsubscribe.
5. Accuracy
5.1 Users must not submit someone else's email without permission.
5.2 We may remove invalid, abusive or suspicious subscriptions.
6. No reliance on campaign statements
6.1 Newsletter content may include opinions, product updates, launch plans and future oriented statements.
6.2 Such content is informational and does not create binding obligations unless confirmed in a separate written agreement.
